“And
no man puts new wine into old bottles; else the new wine will burst
the bottles, and be spilled, and the bottles shall perish. But new wine
must be put into new bottles; and both are preserved.” Luke 5:37-38
We are this bottle. Jesus is telling us
that we must have a capacity to hear a fresh word from Him that is
beyond our present understanding. We must have a spiritual ear and
capacity to hear fresh revelation and understanding, beyond that which
we heard in the past.
