Confession becomes Reality

When we begin at some point in our spiritual walk to confess with our mouth, from our heart that Jesus is our Lord, just then…things begin to happen. At that moment not only do " I have Jesus "(the Church) but "Jesus has me "(the Kingdom). The sovereign hand of God is then released in a greater measure to make that confession a reality. It is only when we have come to the end of ourselves and are completely undone that the Holy Spirit lifts us up above the natural order, into the realm of the Spirit of revelation and understanding and there we receive a present word from the Lord that will speak to us right where we are and quicken us and allow us to walk in the purposes of the Lord. The revelation that God desires to reveal  is that which resides within. It’s a righteousness that is made in Him in us. That which we put upon ourselves or that which man puts upon us can be taken away but that which has been deposited within the very righteousness of Christ which is by faith is what shall sustain us in this hour. Fear not when you are clothed with this garment. it is a garment of Sonship. We are His workmanship. A temple not made with hands. That the Glory and the Excellency might be of Him and not of us. We carry this treasure in an earthen vessel. As He sits on the throne of our life…then His Kingdom has come within and His will is done.

Taste and See that He is Good

John 6:53
Then Jesus said unto them, Verily, verily, I say unto you, Except ye eat
the flesh of the Son of man, and drink his blood, ye have no life in you.

When we really taste the things of God and come into an experience in the Lord
The direction of our ministry….The burden of the our heart…is concern for others. Its
automatic. It is the expression of the Spirit of Life in Christ Jesus that desires
to free everyone in our life from the law of sin and death. The burden of the Lord
is not our burden, its His burden. His yoke is easy and His burden is light. Its in the field
of demonstration…the place of need where it finds release. Its not a feeling or an
emotion but a quietness of a soul that has been dealt with and is yielded to the Lord
and available for the expression of His life. The Word becomes flesh and finds expression
in a temporary realm for an eternal purpose!

Oceans - Lauren Daigle

You call me out upon the waters
The great unknown where feet may fail
And there I find You in the mystery
In oceans deep
My faith will stand

And I will call upon Your name
And keep my eyes above the waves
When oceans rise
My soul will rest in Your embrace
For I am Yours and You are mine

Your grace abounds in deepest waters
Your sovereign hand
Will be my guide
Where feet may fail and fear surrounds me
You've never failed and You won't start now

So I will call upon Your name
And keep my eyes above the waves
When oceans rise
My soul will rest in Your embrace
For I am Yours and You are mine

Spirit lead me where my trust is without borders
Let me walk upon the waters
Wherever You would call me
Take me deeper than my feet could ever wander
And my faith will be made stronger
In the presence of my Savior
[x6]

I will call upon Your Name
Keep my eyes above the waves
My soul will rest in Your embrace
I am Yours and You are mine

Glorious Day - Casting Crowns

One day when Heaven was filled with His praises One day when sin was as black as could be
Jesus came forth to be born of a virgin Dwelt among men, my example is He
Word became flesh and the light shined among us His glory revealed

Living, He loved me Dying, He saved me Buried, He carried my sins far away
Rising, He justified freely forever One day He's coming Oh glorious day, oh glorious day

One day they led Him up Calvary's mountain One day they nailed Him to die on a tree
Suffering anguish, despised and rejected Bearing our sins, my Redeemer is He
Hands that healed nations, stretched out on a tree And took the nails for me

One day the grave could conceal Him no longer One day the stone rolled away from the door
Then He arose, over death He had conquered Now He's ascended, my Lord evermore
Death could not hold Him, the grave could not keep Him From rising again

One day the trumpet will sound for His coming One day the skies with His glories will shine
Wonderful day, my Beloved One, bringing My Savior, Jesus, is mine Glorious day, Oh, Glorious day

Deeper Places - Christ For The Nations

I give myself to You today
To be completely swept away
Lost inside the glory of Your love
As deep calls unto deep Oh Lord
my soul cries out for You alone
Drowned within the river of Your heart

You bring Your life to my soul
I’m alive in You
Let Your Kingdom shine through my life
I want more of You

I wanna go to the deeper places
Deeper places Lord
To know the dreams of Your heart
I wanna find all the secret places
The hidden places Lord
until there’s nothing left to know
I’ll be completely Yours

Awaken every part of me
The buried places I can’t see
Ignite my heart with love uncompromised
Your Presence is my sole desire
I long to burn with holy fire
And demonstrate Your power here on earth

I lift Your Name up
I lift Your Name up
I lift Your Name up
Jesus be glorified

12 Days of Praise

Today will begin the 12 days of Praise. I am so excited about this. The Lord has been speaking to my heart about doing this. There are over 70 countries that are reached through posts, emails, forum posts and blogs. As you visit this site or receive it by email just make some time and begin to lift up the Lord in song. The Lord will join us in His Spirit in a special way as we honor Him and become one in Him around the world with hearts full of praise for The King of all kings and The Lord of all lords. As the Lord speaks to your heart please continue to email me songs that you would like me to post and share with His body around the world and we will join in together and move in the harmony of praise to our Bridegroom as in Him we move into a new year that we will glorify Him as never before.

2014

Are we ministering to the house of the Lord or the Lord of the house.
We have most surly come to a place that we shun evil but there is
another choice fruit on “that tree”. There are many “good” and needful
things to be done in the house of the Lord. We can become very busy with
things that are by all accounts good and yet miss God completely. May we
in 2014 place all that we are doing for the Lord on the altar. May 2014 be the
year that we minister to the Lord. May we return to our first love. May we have
a single eye in 2014 for the Lord of the house.

“I love them that love Me; and those that seek Me early shall find Me…
....that I may cause those that love Me to inherit substance; and
I will fill their treasure” Proverbs 8:17, 21

I believe as we are faithful and obedient to minister to the Lord in 2014 we will
come to know what He desires and be armed with the will to say no to many things that
have hindered us from "entering in " to that narrow place that secret place, a place that as
we minister "to" the Lord there will be birthed in our hearts a ministry “of” the Lord to
His body that will be Spirit filled and anointed. It is only this anointing that we receive
in the most Holy place, behind the veil that will break the yokes of religious bondage
and free us to love, worship and obey the Lord with our whole heart in 2014. 2014 is a year to
set aside every weight, to tear down every idol in our life, to come apart behind the veil
and wait upon the Lord…wait…wait and wait some more until all that pertains to us is
as a puddle of tears on the floor and we are empty vessels waiting to be filled to overflowing
with His life. Then going forth from that place we will walk carefully and talk carefully so
that we retain that which we have received until the Lord releases that abundance (substance)
in our heart in times and places of His choosing in a ministry of His calling.

Redeemed - Lauren Daigle

Seems like all I could see was the struggle
Haunted by ghosts that lived in my past
Bound up in shackles of all my failures
Wondering how long is this gonna last
Then You look at this prisoner and say to me "son
Stop fighting a fight it's already been won"

I am redeemed, You set me free
So I'll shake off these heavy chains
Wipe away every stain, now I'm not who I used to be
I am redeemed, I'm redeemed

All my life I have been called unworthy
Named by the voice of my shame and regret
But when I hear You whisper, "Child lift up your head"
I remember, oh God, You're not done with me yet

I am redeemed, You set me free
So I'll shake off these heavy chains
Wipe away every stain, now I'm not who I used to be

Because I don't have to be the old man inside of me
'Cause his day is long dead and gone
Because I've got a new name, a new life, I'm not the same
And a hope that will carry me home

I am redeemed, You set me free
So I'll shake off these heavy chains
Wipe away every stain, 'cause I'm not who I used to be

I am redeemed, You set me free
So I'll shake off these heavy chains
Wipe away every stain, yeah, I'm not who I used to be
Oh, God, I'm not who I used to be
Jesus, I'm not who I used to be
'Cause I am redeemed
Thank God, redeemed

Always - Kristian Stanfill

darkness pt 2

“Who is among you that fears the Lord, that obeys the voice of his servant, that walks in darkness, and hath no light? Let him trust in the name of the Lord, and stay upon his God.” Isaiah 50:10

Who is among you fears the Lord?” The true fear of God restrains us from every form of evil. Proverbs makes that clear. “That obeys the voice of his servant.” In other words, who among you recognizes the sovereignty of the Lord and complies with the demands of that sovereignty in obedience to do His will. The prophet is talking about the person that fears God and obeys God. Here is no question of sin, and yet walks in darkness. Put those two thoughts together and judge the position. You see on the one hand a godly person; on the other hand this very same person still walks through darkness, notwithstanding his or her godliness. When that occurs, such a one is not asked to repent, to make restitution, to get right with God, but rather let him “trust in the name of the Lord.” That is to say let him trust in the character, the integrity of God. Now what God’s saint in darkness is asked to do is put their confidence in the integrity of Almighty God no matter what is happening that shouldn’t happen, or no matter what shouldn’t happen that does happen. Such a saint is not accused of wrongdoing, but is encouraged and admonished to put confidence in the absolute wisdom, integrity, and character of Almighty God. “stay upon his God” When you are in the middle of the storm and its pitch black….lean past your balance point…this creative reaction and complete reliance upon the Lord is the kind and quality of faith that is being formed in us.

darkness part 1

Sometimes in our Christian path, we’re going through very, very difficult
situations. One of these are, what I would call periods of darkness. What we want to do
there is to get help from God for the dark. The dark may not be present today, but very
likely it will be present sooner or later. God does not only give us truth for the situation
in which we currently find ourselves. Very often God prepares us for situations yet to come
in our lives and the lives of others so the Spirit can bring to our remembrance what has
been said perhaps years before. When God, in the wisdom of His providence, leads us through
periods of darkness…circumstances we cannot understand, circumstances upon which God
does not shed any light. We say, “I am simply in the dark. I do not know. I can’t understand.
I can’t understand why God allows this, does this, or doesn’t do this.” We are in total darkness.
We pray for light and there is no light. And yet we can go through a period of darkness while
having the light of the ways of the Lord within, so while we are in the dark, the dark is not in us.
This puts everything the Lord is showing us and teaching us in a whole different light.
The test is to walk out “in the dark” what we saw “in the light”.

“Who is among you that fears the Lord, that obeys the voice of his servant,
that walks in darkness, and has no light? Let him trust in the name of the Lord,
and stay upon his God.” Isaiah 50:10

Fire

God's dealings in our lives to adjust us unto maturity in Him
are referred to in the Bible as "fire. In six passages of Scripture,
John the Baptist prophesied of Christ Baptizing into the Holy Spirit,
where he also said "... baptizing you in the Holy Spirit and fire."
Deuteronomy 4:24 and Hebrews 12:29 tell us

"for the Lord your God is a consuming fire, a jealous God" and
"for our God is a consuming fire".

The most important of all Biblical types of fire is that of God being
the fire Itself. Fire is an "expression" of the nature of God via His Holy Spirit
(who is the "fire of God") dealing with us Fire is a peculiar and specific
manifestation of God's nature, His energizing force, by which He cleanses
and purifies us, elevates us to a realm of spiritual living, and forms Christ within.
This fire touches every part of our lives and beings as we yield to Him. We His
children are to be baptized in fire. God's fire purifies us, removing self-will
and independence, step by step acclimating us to a “walk in the Spirit”.
This fire is not necessarily to punish nor destroy us but to correct, purge
and discipline us. It removes the remnants of the old nature that filter the
expression of the life of Christ. It is only by Gods fire that we are prepared to
enter the Kingdom. Isaiah 43:2 tells us that "we will not be burned nor scorched",
not harmed nor destroyed relative to God's purposes for us. In the Old Testament
type of Pentecost, Moses encountered God's fire on Mt. Sinai. The three Hebrew
children (Daniel 3:23-28) went through a Baptism in fire in order to experience
the physical, experiential power of the presence of Christ. When we are saved
we receive the Baptism “of” the Holy Spirit. To experience and embrace the
dealings (fire) we need the Baptism “in” the Holy Spirit. Then we are able
to receive the Baptism “in” fire that will burn within and reveal….
The King of all kings and The Lord of all lords in a “temple not made with hands

Difficult Times

God loves us, and every son who follows the pattern can expect to have laid
upon his life the cross of Jesus Christ. Whatever life that remains, whatever feeling
we may possess that keep us tethered to the independence of our natural life must be offered.
There is no death without suffering, neither can we be said to be dead, while there is still
any part in us which is alive. This is a prerequisite for resurrection life. That death with which
God blesses the soul, pierces even to the dividing asunder of soul and spirit, and of the joints
and marrow. He who sees in us what we cannot see, knows full well where the blow should fall.
He takes away that which we are most reluctant to give up. Pain is only felt where there is life,
and where there is life, is just the place where death is needed. He will prove us, perhaps, by
destroying the liberty of our soul in some area. Would we dare resist? No! Suffer all things!
This working of the cross must be voluntary, and can only be accomplished to that extent to
which we are willing. I see at times that every way is shut up, and that God means to accomplish
His work in us, by cutting off every resource of the soul. There comes a time in our life…..
an appointed time that He moves sovereignly.... He has a place in His Kingdom
that we will function in throughout all eternity. He is about to perform in us something that we
have longed for but have been unable to accomplish….we may be led to a place that is not of our choosing…..
It is in this dark place where all seems lost and lifeless….just then His life….the power
of an endless life will be released!

Hebrews 4:10-16
English Standard Version (ESV)
10 for whoever has entered God's rest has also rested from his works as God did from his.
11 Let us therefore strive to enter that rest, so that no one may fall by the same sort of disobedience.
12 For the word of God is living and active, sharper than any two-edged sword, piercing to the division of soul and of spirit, of joints and of marrow, and discerning the thoughts and intentions of the heart. 13 And no creature is hidden from his sight, but all are naked and exposed to the eyes of him to whom we must give account. 14 Since then we have a great high priest who has passed through the heavens, Jesus, the Son of God, let us hold fast our confession. 15 For we do not have a high priest who is unable to sympathize with our weaknesses, but one who in every respect has been tempted as we are, yet without sin. 16 Let us then with confidence draw near to the throne of grace, that we may receive mercy and find grace to help in time of need.

A Word for Someone Special...

As I was seeking the Lord today this word was in my heart.
It is for someone special who is seeking the Lord....

How Do I know it’s you Lord ?

You will know it’s of Him because it will fit the Pattern of The Son.
It will be enlarged within your heart and will minister to the needs of His Body.
And all who hear it will walk in Liberty even as their soul does magnify The Lord
as He is released within. There is a righteousness that abides within that God is after.
It is the righteousness and glory of Christ. When you have committed all things to His
sovereign hand then you shall hear His revelation again and again. Walk in that which
The Lord has given you then more will follow. Let the Lord break you so that others
may partake of His Life. If the Lord is released in your life, everyone in your life will
be drawn to Him. There is a heart-space that the Lord has created within you.
It is your calling each day to guard your heart. Out of this place His Life flows.

His Body on Earth!

He is building and perfecting His Body on earth! His dealings to adjust us to maturity, to sanctify us unto His Lordship,
comprise a process over time, whereby He works unto us His very Holiness. And during this process, He also
deals with us collectively to build us as living stones into His Holy Temple of praise and worship to Him (hence
His dwelling place, since He dwells in the praises of His people)(Psalms 22:3). and to order us as members of His Body
(His physical manifestation on earth). This first form of adjustment emphasizes our relationships with one another, and that we
become fitted and adjusted to one another. The second form emphasizes our functioning in ministries and service to one another
and collectively to the world. Christ is not only building His church to manifest His love and grace on earth; He is also
building His army to manifest His glory on earth by undoing the works of satan. The full physical restoration of His Kingdom
on earth is future (His Parousia). But He now is building His army, to conquer and lead His children into the Promised land,
so that there will exist on earth (before then) a physically tangible foretaste of His Kingdom, that the rest of the world
will see His glory. And how shall He demonstrate His glory on earth? Through us!

John 17:22-24
King James Version (KJV)
22 And the glory which thou gave me I have given them; that they may be one, even as we are one:
23 I in them, and thou in me, that they may be made perfect in one; and that the world may know
that thou hast sent me, and hast loved them, as thou hast loved me.
24 Father, I will that they also, whom thou hast given me, be with me where I am; that they may
behold my glory, which thou hast given me: for thou loved me before the foundation of the world.

My Heart Sings Worthy - Christ For The Nations

Yielding

Our having Christ as our Lord includes He living within us. But "Christ indwelling" means even more than that, it
means being a container of Christ. And even more, a container not only containing Him, but being used at His
discretion to pour Himself out of, to others as He chooses.
This does not mean us doing the outpouring for Him but rather us allowing Him to. So we must set ourselves aside
not to serve Him per se, but to yield to Him. Yes, that is the name of the game now, yielding, ever yielding our wills
to Him, dynamically, sensitively cooperating with Him, flowing with Him, walking His yoke with Him. Not passively,
quite the contrary, but melding our will ever in Him.
How do we get to the state of His indwelling presence being fully acknowledged and expressed? It does not happen
automatically in a believer's life. It requires God's sovereign workings in our lives, but at every painful step, our soul
must choose to yield. That is the problem, our soul's grip or domination over the spirit must be broken!

Love Break Down These Walls - Worship Mob

New Covenant Relationships

Christ indwelling, via His Holy Spirit, is the very essence of our New Covenant relationship
with God. We do not function in self-appointed religious roles, rather we function as containers
of Him and as instruments in His hands. The basic issue is our yielding to the ever-present
influence and control of the Holy Spirit of Christ Jesus Who indwells us. This must always
be our highest of priorities. Our commitment to Christ's presence in each of us is expressed
in many ways. The authority of Christ within His Body is never separated from His presence.
The basis of our "submitting one to another" (Ephesians 5:21) is not that of authority one
Christian has over another Christian by virtue of institutional "office" or position, but rather
that of Christ Himself in one another: it is He in others to Whom we actually submit.
Hence, the presence of Christ in one another is the basis of our commitment to one another
as fellow members of the Body of Christ. My personal commitment to Christ Jesus demands
that I be committed to Him wherever He is, including in every other member of the Body of Christ.
The presence of Christ in each of us is the basis for all forms of ministry in the Body of Christ. It is He,
working through each of us, Who is doing the ministering, not us doing it for Him.
The functioning or out-working of that indwelling presence of Christ Jesus is, by His choosing,
and extends to every area of our life and the life of His Body and is joined with bonds
of Love.

No Sweeter Name - Terry McCaskill

No sweeter name than the name of Jesus
No sweeter name have I ever known
No sweeter name than the name of Jesus

You are the life to my heart and my soul
You are the light to the darkness around me
You are the hope to the hopeless and broken
You are the only truth and the way

Jesus, Jesus, Jesus, Jesus
Jesus, Jesus, Jesus, Jesus
